Built in c1895 and renovated in 2010.
Tenterfield Cottage is a three bedroom classic country home with loads of charm.It has three bedrooms. Main Bedroom has queen bed and cosy electric fire. Second Bedroom has one king bed and one single bed. Third Bedrom is a self contained one bedroom unit called Homeleigh Suite with double bed, kitchette and its own air conditioning . (Suite is part of the house ). If you require a one night stay this unit is ideal but only suitable for a couple. If the cottage is rented we do not rent the unit out seperately. You can book the house or the unit.
The cottage has a large kitchen with full electric stove, microwave fridge/freezer and all the modern convenieces you need in a country kitchen. If cooking is not for you it is only a short stroll or drive to cafe's and restaurants. All luxurious Linen is supplied and a starter pack with tea,coffee,sugar and milk to enjoy on arrival.
Relax in comfort in your living room and sit back and be romanced in front of the cosy " wood fire" or sit on the large back deck with bistro blinds and have a BBQ. We have recycle airconditioning in the Living Room and also Homeleigh suite for added comfort.

26 June Featured Artists' Exhibition Opening
At 5.44pm at the Artist’s Collective Studio, 199 Rouse Street, Tenterfield. All welcome. Featured artists are Bill Odd, a multiple award winning oil painter who has recently moved to Tenterfield, and Maggie Brockie, a talented and imaginative wildlife artist who uses clay sculpts and found wood.
27 June Drake Market
8am at Woodward Park, Drake, if good weather, or under cover at the Drake Village Resource Centre, (next door) if wet. Scrumptious Coffee and Cake provided by The Naked Baker at the DVRC. 27 & 28 June Eudaimonia Children's Theatre Workshops
9am to 4.30pm both days at the School of Arts, Tenterfield. $10 for two days of training. Young people between the ages of 7 and 12 will learn, play and tell stories using specially designed masks. 28 June Eudaimonia Children's Theatre Workshops Performance
5.30pm the public is invited to come and see the young people showcase all their lessons from the Eudaimonia Children's Theatre Workshops in a grand finale presentation. Cost for the performance is $5 per person. Tickets for the performance are at the door.

6.30pm at the Tenterfield cinema. To celebrate NAIDOC Week Tenterfield Shire Council is showing Charlie’s Country - Blackfella Charlie is out of sorts. He takes off, to live the old way, but in so doing sets off a chain of events in his life that has him return to his community chastened, and somewhat the wiser. Free entry. All welcome.
